At 5am the alarm goes off to start the day. A momentous day for two parents who both went to Auburn and are now returning for their first game with Maddie Grace and Makenzie in tow. I do believe that was the earliest we have been out the door (6:35am!) We arrived on the plains around 8:45 in just enough time to do a feeding, make it to the tailgate and then brave the blazing heat toting two spirited babes on our front into the game! We figured we'd give it a shot-the worst that happens is you leave early and take them to the student center. We'll discuss the fairness level about daddy carrying Maddie Grace and leaving our shall we say more spunky, active child with me. That scenario= mommy missed almost the whole game and enjoyed meeting everyone in the concourse who was also not thinking straight when the decision was made to bring babies into the game, ha! :) Would we do it again? Daddy says it was worth it. Mommy says absolutely not! Tailgating? definitely-but I will not be making an appearance into Jordan Hare again anytime soon, that's for sure! A memory was made, great food was consumed, the girls were the cutest babies I saw all day (biased for sure!) and we survived another huge adventure by my book!
