Hilton Head {Williams Family Beach Week}

This family trip to Hilton Head could not have come at a better time! Of course it's been planned for months, but with Kendall starting a new job/having to travel to Europe, we weren't sure how this would all work out. So thankful that this exact week he was able to take off the entire time and soak up sweet family time together! We made THE BEST memories with grandparents, cousins, and our own precious girls and will treasure them for years to come!

Despite already having a long enough car ride behind us, we decided to veer off just a bit and make one more memory of bringing the girls back to Savannah where they toured as just tiny little babes! We had a blast walking around and enjoying a picnic with take out from our favorite: Zunzi's =) Always delicious and super messy but has yet to disappoint! The girls chowed down too-double win!
It's not small feat to get all the kids in bathing suits, sunscreened, and then looking in the right direction but by golly we did it =) Day one of family fun begins! Off to the beach we go...
Amazing weather today made for some sweet, sweet times with all the little ones! The twins especially loved jumping waves and building sand castles, and even Ashton Kate enjoyed being buried in the sand. We could not have asked for prettier weather-sunny with a breeze and not too hot! Enjoyed it while it lasted!
Lots of sandy kids but lots of HUGE SMILES!!
Working on building the largest sandcastle on the beach...=)
SAND MOMMY =) And some sweet Auntie Sarah time!
Father's Day 2016-what better place to celebrate than being at the beach with the ones who made you a daddy! =)
 The Whole Crew!!
Harbor Town memories...some Greg Russell under the big oak tree and ice cream-life is pretty grand for these three girls!
The Greg Russell concert ranked pretty high of their "favorites" list when we returned! He had them all captivated and mighty still up there!
Absolutely hysterical when he called Ashton Kate up to his lap for the last song...wasn't sure how she would respond. Certainly didn't sing or talk but she didn't burst into tears screaming either...we'll take it =)
One of the neatest things about staying in Sea Pines are the bike trails everywhere and the fact that they are extremely shaded! We had a blast biking with the entire crew to lunch at The Salty Dog Cafe! Not everyday this is our mode of transportation but we LOVED it!
Our girls began to beg to go on bike rides and who can blame them? They got to ride on the back with the breeze blowing...pretty wonderful!
It does however take some coordination to get everyone in, everyone buckled in, and everyone ready to roll at the same time without a bike tipping over =)
The cutest crew of children we ever did see! And the big kids loved meeting the Salty Dog himself! Just added to the overall experience of our lunch for sure!
These TWO....TWO peas in a pod for sure! We had more matching outfits/swimsuits than we could wear in a week but they were pretty cute sporting their little seahorses together. Such sweet little friends!
Not wanting to waste an ounce of a chance to make another memory, we piled the kids in the car and headed to the petting zoo while the guys played a round of golf. If we're going to be solo parenting might as well have a little fun while we're at it!
All lined up and mesmerized by the little baby deer! Just a few days old and they loved watching him drink his "bottle" of milk! They also loved getting the chance to feed some carrots to the horses!!
We might look our own "zoo" anytime we're out! =)
Could you get any more precious rascal pants?!
Need us to model some babiators? Sure thing, anytime!
Another fantastic day on the beach! And sweet cousin time together too!
Daddy is the best at building impressive "sand castles" but today's  work included a huge whale!!
Couldn't ask for better memories and Ashton Kate kept us laughing when she wouldn't put her feet down in the sand! (she was petrified of the crabs getting them =))
We had plenty of time to perfect a group picture while we waited for a table!
Even with arriving to dinner before 5pm, we still had to wait a good 1.5 hours and the kids did fantastic! We stuffed them full of some good seafood and looks like it worked wonders on their mood! =)
A few family pictures while we were all clean & dressed up!
All the kids had been dying to ride on the trolley so we made all their dreams come true after dinner and let them hop on! We stopped at Harbor Town for a walk around the pier to check out all the boats and get some yummy ice cream!
Off we go for another bike ride to the pool today! Bike rides definitely became one of our favorite things about Hilton Head hands down!
 Float and kids galore!
Highlight of today: the try to jump on the float without falling off contest! The kids all were chanting for Grandpa which was too cute!
This night we arrived at 4:50pm in hopes of avoiding a wait...yet we still waited an hour! Oh my! Not sure what time you have to arrive if that's not early enough!!
We survived the wait with water, pictures, and the few outdoor games they had setup to play!
A quick after dinner walk on the beach with our sweet family!
So thankful for these dear memories with our most treasured things here on earth!
And documented here is still the fact that AK is terrified to put her feed down. All we could do was laugh and tote her around!
One last trolley ride to make the trip complete! It's the little things that make kids so happy! =)
And once we were back in Harbor Town, the kids voted to see Greg Russell one more time as well!! They loved it just as much the second time around!
Seriously the best week for these cousins! So thankful we got to all be together as a family! Thank you Mimi and Grandpa for a super fun week at the beach!
Our last day on the beach was sweltering, hence everyone resting and getting re-fueled on some drinks!
We brought kites to fly which the big kids loved! But the 90+ degree heat was a little much for our smallest one!
She resorted to some snuggle time with mommy complete with shade and a smoothie yogurt, ha!
This week will go down as SUCH GOOD TIME with our girls! We had an absolute blast spending this much uninterrupted time away from household chores and work!
So thankful for the gift of parenting these three!
We got our bags semi packed tonight and headed out for one last ice cream run to make sure they had their fill of sugar! =) Sticky, messy little ones but full, full hearts!
All packed up and car loaded means it's time to say goodbye! Hilton Head, we loved our time there and hope to be back soon!! A week of memories we will think back to often!
